John’s letter

John is 14. His main ambition is to have a good education that will get him a decent job and be able to help his parents and his sister. In school holidays he helps hi father collect scrap metals, plastic, bottles etc to sell.

I am John, a high school student with one sibling. I am a scholar of the CCPEPI which program you are helping. I am thankful for your continuous support to those who are willing to finish their studies like me to have a brighter future.

My father works in a junk shop and my mother in a sewer. They both earn not more than 200 pesos a day. I am studying hard to finish my study, and someday I will help my parents, and I will help my sister to finish her study too.
